Kindergarten Program

Our program is Maryland State Board of Education–approved and provides essential learning elements that will give your child the best start possible as he or she approaches the future years of education.

• We provide classroom instruction in mathematics, spelling, reading comprehension, science, social studies, English language, art, computer skills, music, and foreign language.
• Our classroom is designed to motivate and enhance your child's desires to enter the world of education and learning.
• In addition to wonderful classrooms, we have three age-appropriate outdoor play areas to stimulate the development of your child's motor skills.
• Childway kindergarten students participate in exciting and interesting field trips monthly that lend to their current area of study. We invite parent participation whenever possible.
• Our teaching staff is educated and experienced in providing the necessary components of educational, emotional, physical, and social development.
